Grated Beef Biltong

We finely grate dry biltong which is perfect for using in quiches, muffins and bread. Or add to cream cheese to make a pate or use in a dip.

Ingredients: Beef, vinegar (barley malt extract), salt, maize, flavour enhancer (MSG), sugar, colourants, spices, herbs, celery extract, potassium sorbate, potassium metabisulphite.

May contain chilli
